Chernin Entertainment Shows and Movies Coming Soon to Netflix

Back in April 2020, Netflix hit the first appearance with Chernin Entertainment, a productive high profile film manufacturer. It expanded that the pact to enter Nancy Utley in October 2021 and their upcoming slate from Netflix projects continued to grow. The following will come to Netflix from Chernin Entertainment.

Founded in 2009, Chernin Entertainment has a rich history for producing films mostly for the 20th century fox. Among their libraries include the resurrection of planetary apes, hidden figures, St. Vincent, spy disguised, Ford V Ferrari. On the side of the TV, they have produced seeing Apple TV +, P-Valley, and new girls.

So far, the production company has produced and released three movies on Netflix:

Fear Street Part One: 1994
Fear Street Part Two: 1978
Fear Street Part Three: 1666

Slumberland

Confirmed to release in 2022

Arrange to release on 2022 as part of Netflix’s 2022 Slate Film is a slumberland characterized by Jason Momoa, Kyle Chandler, and Marlow Barkley.

Film Fantasy is based on the film Little Nemo 1990: Adventure in Slumberland which is about a boy who starts dreaming of his own reality.

This project was filmed between 2021 February and May 2021.

Luther

Made by Neil Cross, Luther is a series of long-running British crime drivers who will get film care exclusively on Netflix (with an English exception) with Idris Elba back to play DCI John Luther.

Film making is expected to have been wrapped in mid-February 2022.

This film is a co-production between Chernin Entertainment, BBC films, and Netflix.

Mega Man

Adding a list of Netflix’s developing video video adaptation, Chernin will produce this new film directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.

Capcom is behind the video franchise that has been active for decades and will follow a classic blue bomber.

This project is believed to be in early development at the end of 2021.

The Wicked Deep

Netflix announced that it has obtained a supernatural love novel, to adapt to the big screen with Chernin’s entertainment producer. This project will be a film but since their initial announcement won auction, we haven’t heard anything new.
