The Luxury Chinese Ice Cream Brand has made waves on social media after it was revealed that their products range from RS 236 to RS 827-did not melt at high temperatures. When exposed to fire, ice cream appears to be burned, encouraging customers and local authorities to ask what is in the dessert.

In one viral video, the customer who tested “chicecream” by holding it close to the fire said he could smell the product that burned even though it did not melt. Other social media users installed ice cream videos left in 31 degrees Celsius for about half an hour. The product turns sticky but does not melt into a liquid like normal ice cream.

The company, Zhong Xue Gao, stated that all of its products are in line with the quality standards set by the National Authority, the South China Morning Post (SCMP) report.

“The main components of bayta-kelapa ice cream are milk, single cream, coconut porridge, condensed milk and milk powder. Forty percent of this ice cream is a solid ingredient, “the company’s claim in a statement released in Weibo, Publication added.

However, the local authorities were not sure.

An officer from the Shanghai Market Supervision and Management Bureau of China said that they knew the video and said he was investigating this case, SCMP reported.

“The test results from the professional testing institution must be more authoritative,” the publication quoted the official. “For our naked eye, ice cream does not melt. But this conclusion will be more supported by scientific data. “
