The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Thursday dispatched an extraordinary lodging plan in which north of 18,000 pads marked down in four classifications – Higher Income Group (HIG) pads, Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Janta pads – at areas like Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, and Narela.
There are 202 3BHK pads in the HIG classification out of which 182 are in Jasola. These are evaluated between Rs 1.9 to Rs 2.1 crore. In a similar classification, there are likewise 202 two BHK in Vasant Kunj Block F estimated at around Rs 1.3 crore. There are 976 pads in the MIG class in regions like Dwarka area 19, Dwarka Sector 16, Narela area A1.
In 1 BHK classification of LIG, 11452 pads are up for buy in regions like Narela, Rohini, Sirsapur. There are upwards of 5702 Janta pads for the most part in Narela.
